I am very concerned for my safety and that of others during this pandemic. I was very glad that masks are REQUIRED to ride Hartline buses. Unfortunately, for the past two days, I have been on the bus in my mask and witnessed 2 people ALLOWED to get on the bus and ride WITHOUT A MASK. This will have deadly consequences if not addressed immediately.
Thank you for your shared concern in this very serious matter.

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns and suggestions.
As a community, we are all going through an unprecedented situation. We are doing our best and following City, County and CDC recommendations and orders to slow the spread of COVID-19.
While we remain committed to serve those who serve us, HART asks customers and employees to exercise personal responsibility and CDC recommended guidelines.
We also ask that you keep in mind that persons with a health condition that would cause an impairment are not required to wear a face covering.
Some of the strategies we currently following include:
• Operators are reminding passengers without face masks that they are required by city ordinance
• Operators are contacting operations control to inform them of patrons without a mask.
• Transit supervisors are responding to buses to provide masks to patrons.
• Operators are wearing protective masks while in revenue service
• Destination signs are utilizing the Mask Required public relations signs
• Announcements are being made during the day to remind employees and patrons of new ordinance requirement
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your concerns,
