Q. Please describe the issue
A. The people that live at 320 Hamden Street have a rotting stockade fence that was blown down into my yard during the tropical storm. They came home later that day and saw the damage. Four days later, it still hasn't been fixed. We leaned the two sections that landed in my yard, up against their fence in order to get it off my poperty. They haven't made any attempt to do anything about it. The whole fence separating our yards needs to be replaced. The residents at 320 Hamden Street own the fence.
