Encampments and waste are blocking both sides of the sidewalk between MLK and Telegraph on 29th Street. It is literally impossible and extremely dangerous for any pedestrian to cross, yet I regularly see people doing it. Will it take someone to get injured or killed for Oakland to maintain safe pedestrian access here?

These sidewalks on 29th and 30th between Telegraph and MLK are NON wheelchair accessible. Let alone people on foot can not use sidewalks as it is overflowing with encampments and trash
