Description

Forest Road divides upper and lower Westville, and is also a State Street which cars tend to speed. Crossing this Road is very dangerous and there is no sign for speed reduction or any sign that this is a residential area. Additionally, Hopkins School is located on 986 Forest Avenue, and there is no sign that indicates a that this is a school zone. I would appreciate the review of the speed limit before and after this intersection, the sign requirements for a school and residential neighborhood, and the signals at the traffic light.
