Obstruction of sidewalk. Adja Hair Braiding Salon keeps putting their sandwich sign in the middle of the sidewalk in front of their business. This forces pedestrians to have to leave the sidewalk in order to get around the sign. It also forces pedestrians to have to negotiate with each other who will walk on which side of the sign. They have plenty of other room to put their sign. It is unsafe that they keep putting it in the middle of the sidewalk!
