Upon follow-up inspection; previous found violations has been abated!!!
other violations do exist, but per inspector not a seeclickfix issue.

Not one item has been abated, how and why was this item closed. The property is the same as it was when this ticket was opened. I know that the person that owns this property works for the city. I hope that is not the reason.

4/11/2011 - Courtesy call placed with our requestor today to inform that the Red Ford need only have a valid State license plate or a valid State inspection sticker to be considered okay to garaged on City streets - this was a duplicate request - rtt

HUH? Red Ford?? This request is about a house. I think you posted the wrong comments. There are no vehicles involved with this request. Only a house, in very bad shape.

The follow-up inspection was completed and is in the process of being sent to contractors for abatement!!!

Seeclickfix issue has been closed; although there are several other violations in process and extensions were given, but not involving Seeclickfix issues.
