This side of King Drive is full of debris (discarded by the owner (when he fixes up the house and also his numerous tenants of 10 Arley court). No room for residents to walk through, and the big-diseased eucalyptus tree on the slope keeps shedding his leaves/branches, making it very hazardous and slippery for pedestrians.
