Description

41 Sherman Place is lowering the floor of their basement/cellar appearing to make a separate dwelling unit. Permit 20201324+A does not specify this. Several long wide dumpster loads of soil have been removed. Was this approved? Basement windows are very small, too small for escape in a fire. House purchased by investor .
