The wood is completely rotten out in certain areas. The back of the house is even worse, I don't have a pic for that. It looks like an unpermitted back room has the roof caving in and a wall and window are buckling.

Agreed. This 1950s asbestos covered, lead painted house is not worth the slipshod repair efforts. The roof is about to cave in and the flippers are installing new windows. Buyer beware!

Sorry, my bad. This home looked like the property at 4705 Haines Rd North, which is in a similar lackluster condition. Regardless, the property at 5001 Taylor St N was built in 1952. I would demolish it too.
