A large oak tree was moving during Sandy last year. Many large branches have fallen off of the tree. A few trees similar to this came down in the storm last year and the neighbors are afraid this one will be next. The city sent down someone to check the tree and they refused to take it down. A video of the tree moving was sent to the city but nothing happened.
