Description

The owners of this property have made a parking space in the right-of-way. On the day this photo was taken, the edge of the tires of the car were right up against the roadway pavement. The property sits on a curve, and this makes for a very dangerous situation. More than once, I or my family members have had to slam on our brakes to avoid a collision with a car, cyclist or a pedestrian because two cars cannot pass each other coming from opposite directions and make room. I have also had to slam on my brakes and/or swerve suddenly because the driver of the parked vehicle is opening the driver side door into the roadway.
