New Westminster assigned this issue to New Westminster Electrical

Thanks for posting this. My neighbor and i were talking about the same issue during our walk around here an hour ago. Yes this corner definitely needs proper signage to avoid accidents.

I have been asking questions about this whole situation for the last 4 years, the Developer had to close in the ditch up to the south East Side of my Driveway 216 Wood, nobody will give me answers as to if the rest of the Ditches on Wood will be closed in, so that the front of my house dosent become congestion point, not to mention with the angle of the Road now and the way the lines are done, if a car is parked on the Right hand side you are literally driving on the wrong side of the road to get passed them.
