Description

The parking lot behind the homes on Kenney Avenue are rarely, if ever cleaned by the borough or whoever owns the lot.

Every year, during the warmer months, we find trash tossed into our backyard.
Every year, we end up cleaning the area in the lot behind our yard, and we find all manner of garbage back there.
Most of the garbage is tossed from parked cars where the occupants engage in illegal/immoral behavior during the night hours.

The borough has yet to deal with this. Whose head do I have to go over in order to get this nonsense to cease?
