the traffic on West bound Arkansas has no sight lines up Summer breeze(to the south) due to a curve in Summer Breeze and a Cinder block wall that parallels summer Breeze to Arkansas. Traffic stopped on Arkansas stops and when they begin to enter the intersection vehicles on Summer breeze come quickly down the street and into the intersection. Sight lines have to be improved or a stop sign needs to be installed.
