Notice has been issued regarding removing of old posts. obtaining a permit and non compliance with city ordinance regarding fence height.
The City of Maumelle does not have a fence code regarding aesthetics.

Met with homeowner at 171 Diamond point. Fence was originally built below grade which over years has caused fence to retain soil. Old fence posts/pickets are retaining soil and should not be moved until a permanent solution is made. Owner intends to install retaining wall and place new fence on top of retaining wall.
