Description

Hi there, I am the property owner of 2340 E 21st Street, which is vacant lot, it is fenced off from the sidewalk. I have a "no dumping sign" on my property. Someone has dumped 3 mattress springs on the sidewalk (the PUBLIC area) in front of my lot. Can you please send someone to remove the illegally dumped materials from the public sidewalk? Thank you very much!
