Hi there, I am the property owner of 2340 E 21st Street, which is vacant lot, it is fenced off from the sidewalk. I have a "no dumping sign" on my property. Someone has dumped 3 mattress springs on the sidewalk (the PUBLIC area) in front of my lot. Can you please send someone to remove the illegally dumped materials from the public sidewalk?
