The size of the above referenced sign is in violation of state laws.
This might be an HOA issue, too. Florida State Law Section 720.304(2) of the Florida Homeowners’ Association Act defines what an HOA cannot prohibit for flags and defines the size of those allowed flags. My association does not permit any other flags other that what it cannot disallow.

This sign is up again. This oversized sign goes back up on weekends and holidays. Is there a separate rule that allows this on weekends and holidays???
