Another image of excessive speed as recorded by the newly installed flashing signs. These signs do not work.

Those who are inclined to travel at speeds displayed in the picture attached are ignoring these new flashing signs. In fact they appear to be using them as their own personal drag strip speed indicators. Not only are these people NOT slowing down. They are in fact speeding UP!

Fix this problem before another pedestrian or passenger dies.
