Yes it is a test. We belong to HK government and come across this website and find your application very helpful to receive complaints from citizen. We are operating complaint handling services in Hong Kong.

Is it possible to provide more infomation to us? It seems that everyone can create a catchment area without restriction. Do you have any service package that allows say, a government department to build up a catchment area solely for complaint handling purpose?
