why is it I can't keep my boat in my driveway, ,but this is allowed? all weekend, all the time, and no one does anything about the construction equipment in this person's yard. this picture was taken on a Monday mid afternoon. the city continues to dismiss, and says it's a duplicate issue?? why is the west side ignored?
