Description
Builders have had the sidewalk fenced off for many months, and they've created an unnavigable pothole in the street. Pedestrians are forced into the street; bikes are forced close to cars; cars are forced to stop.

Ticket #1513267. Ticket forwarded to Licenses and Inspections for follow-up. Once a request is entered into the system ,- the building should be inspected within 10 business days and if appropriate violations will be issued after it is inspected. What happens next?
The owner usually has up to 30 days to comply with violations. Thereafter, up to 3 reinspections may be conducted to ensure violations were complied or resolved. If not complied at last inspection, property will be referred to court for a judgment demanding the owner to resolve the problems. In a rare case where the owner has been removed from the property by city agencies, coordinated efforts will be made to correct the outstanding violations. Thank you. (mb)
