There is going to be a very serious car crash at this intersection. Newly installed left turn traffic light on to Utica Rd. is very confusing. Going west on Moravian the Traffic light turns red giving you the indication that it is red both ways, "not so". You will think that traffic coming from the west will be stopping but you will be turning left into on coming traffic. T-bones are not a pretty site.
