Garbage truck just left. They had no problem taking my neighbor’s box spring but they just walked by my requested item again. It’s not like they didn’t see it. My garbage barrel was right next to it. This is getting frustrating.

Over a month now and it's still there. They just ignore it and collect everything else. No correspondence, no communication, no information. Am I missing something here?
