The Sidewalk on Chapel between Howe and Dwight is in a terrible. First of all, it is far too narrow (only one person at a time in a few places) and sees a reasonable amount of pedestrians. Second, especially on the south side of the street, it is totally uneven and being destroyed tree roots etc.
