Description

If you're driving east on Elm, you can't see the traffic signal at College because a tree branch is in the way.

Nine months have passed, the leaves have fallen off and grown again, and this branch is still obscuring the traffic signal.

The branch is still in the way, and you still can't see the signal. On the bright side, it's autumn, and the leaves are falling off the branch, so the problem is solving itself, at least until spring.
