Agreed Bowne and this area is a mess, when will the street be fixed??

Lots of complaints about Bowne Avenue still. Public works told us they'd taken care of it. Are the roads getting worse? File your complaints here & we'll make sure public works sees them.

If they fixed anything there I can't find it. There are so many little patches that have been put in over the years that it is hard to tell the potholes from the patches at this point. The only hope for it at this point is ripping it all up and starting from scratch again. I hope the Boro can find money in the budget to fix it.

I live on Bowne Ave and do not think they have fixed any pothole in the last couple of years, if they have it has not stayed fixed. I would hope that the Boro can find some monies to fix this street as I think it is becoming a major safety issue. Cars have to weave side to side to keep from hitting the holes.

Unbelievable... They just paved Vought Ave. and haven't touched Bowne, which by the way, is traveled probably a 1000 times more...

This town is becoming a crap-hole. Too bad. The borough doesn't seem to care about fixing things, but it's so great that we have all the "programs" for socializing. Fix your roads, get rid of loiterers, clean up the streets, make the town safe to live in again. How many robberies do its residents have to endure before people stop moving here legally?
