This vehicle keeps moving all around the neighborhood

Thank you for the updated information. Please note, as long as the vehicle continues to move, it is not considered abandoned. A new law was passed in 2019, AB 2876, that prohibits our department from towing any vehicles outside of a community care taking need. We will have an officer respond to check for any community care taking issues, as resources allow.

How is a trailer filled with junk and things hanging out be allowed to park on the street like that?

On 9/10/20, Parking Enforcement responded and did not find the vehicle with the trailer attached parked on the public street.
