Property address is 243 Pala Vista Drive, Vista, CA 92083. Earlier this week, VID or Vista Irrigation District excavated an area in front of our entry electric gate which cut our gate wiring loop. They installed a 4'x8' metal traffic plate as a temporary patch. Please advise if we need to contact VID or if this will be a City of Vista issue since we assume it is part of the Park improvement project. Until this matter is resolved, our electric gate which helps protect our residents and their vehicles from unauthorized access is inoperable.
