Code Enforcement Supervisor assigned this issue to Solid Waste

Solid waste guidelines saying that carts that have been emptied must be removed from curbside the same day they are serviced. Failure to do so could result in a fine.
Please fine the tenants/ owner of this resident and have them comply to city codes.

This is an ongoing issue. To me I don't get consumed by things I can't change.

There are still out at the curb. Doesn't look good for our neighborhood if trash cans are left at the curb.

Yes, they should be fined if they cannot follow Code Enforcement.

Was there a person from the City who talked to these owners/renters?
