Yea the same guy has been camping under this bridge for years.

Its really just one guy afaik so when he's out during the day walking around -- then technically its just trash. That's likely some of the issue.

Trash still there. Homeless place or not really a lot of garbage.

Legally and pursuant to CDC Guidance related to COVID-19, the City cannot remove an individual that appears to be sheltering unless safe alternative shelter is available. City staff has contacted local services to assess what housing resources may be available and to request that contact be made with the person who appears to be sheltering in the location. The City will keep the area as clean as possible and provide future updates as they become available. This issue has been resolved and will now be closed.

I hope at least the garbage is cleaned up
