For months around this area of Franking Ave. there are cars with loud music at all hours of the night. Inside the neighboring houses it´s so loud that you can´t even watch TV because you can´t hear the audio. In addition motorcycles and cars accelerating,and, decelerating and racing way after 10 pm until 3-4am.
