How about make two right turn lanes on Southbound Romeo Plank at Hall Road? This right turn lane gets so backed up making it almost impossible when making a left hand turn out of the bank. All it would take is to change the sign showing the right lane for turns only and the left lane to either go straight (southbound) or turn right.
