Description

Resident called and complained residents of this address are putting toters out 3-4 days prior to trash day pick up. Caller complained by the time trash day comes their trash has been blown all over the street and sidewalk and not cleaned up. Caller complained several complaints have been made in the past, the issue stopped after police were called but then started again.
