This house is an Airbnb and is listed as 5 bedrooms for 15 guests but tax records show 2 bedrooms. This property had a prior complaint of work without a permit that is now 4 months old and nothing has been done. Since when can a property be used the same as a hotel in a residential area? Isn't there a zoning law that prevents this in a residential area? Being an Airbnb makes this property available to whomever wants to rent it. Being a neighbor, I find this very disturbing as there are constantly different people there all the time. This house is located on a lake and are using this to influence bookings at $534 a night. And the lake is a private association so how is this fair to a homeowner to have an Airbnb next to them that is rented out to different individuals just like a hotel? I hope to see something done about this.

I am the one whom has been in contact with an official at the mayors office and the health department over the issue of parties being held with excessive noise and non compliance of social distancing/masks as of recently, though the city was informed 2 months ago about the issue of this being an airbnb and was told that its considered a rooming house and agaist the city zoning and they would send an inspector out after they reviewed the airbnb ad for this property.
To date I have not heard back from anyone nor has anything been done, its still being rented on numerous sites not just the airbnb site.
