I’ve contacted the City on a couple of occasions regarding this issue. The water dept came out in Feb and cleared out the ally drain. I called again 1 month ago and they came 2 weeks later. When there’s a heavy rain the outside drain is not clear, my basement floods. I believe not only does the city need to come clear it out, the trees in the ally needs to be removed. I grew up here and I remember the ally’s were clear enough for the trash trucks to pass thru.
