Good evening,

I am filing this complaint today regarding an incident that took place at my apartment 10 post oak lane, Unit 2, Natick MA, 017(six)0 on September (six) 2020, Sunday. The neighbors above me living at 10 post oak lane unit (six) caused a water leakage to my bathroom ceiling due to the hammering they were doing all the day long on Sunday causing my whole bathroom to be flooded as well as leading to my living room and kitchen to start leaking, which could have caused short circuit and would have been extremely dangerous. I live with my kids and I was terrified when I saw all that water in the bathroom. I called 9/11 but they directed me to reach out to my landlord. Since it was Labor Day weekend, my landlord said he will send someone the day after, which would be Tuesday, however, today it has been 4 days since the flooding happened and no one has been to my place to fix this issue. I have a huge hole in my bathroom ceiling as you can see in the picture and I feel unsafe living in the house with my kids knowing that something like this can happen again since the breakage hasn’t been fixed at all and is just lying there. I need this problem to be fixed as soon as possible and for you to take any action you should be regarding it. Since my landlord hasn’t sent anyone or reached out to me again regarding this, I am reaching out to the town of natick to take some serious action against this problem because it is very dangerous and unsafe.
