I notice the "Slow School" paint on the road. Was the speeding as parents were picking up or dropping off children? (or teens driving their own cars)
When you were almost "hit", were you driving or walking? If Walking, were you on the left side of the street facing traffic?
Would it be less "blind" if some of the shtrubs were cut back and trees trimmed?
