To whom it may concern,
I am C. Neal Gilford, property owner of 639 Elm Street, New Haven. I have notified the Parks Dept, Ward person Mr. Douglass, on or about 2 September 2020, regarding a fallen tree branch since the first hurricane nearly a month ago, asking for their help removing it. They have not responded. I am requesting your intervention in this matter.
The fallen branch is partially blocking the sidewalk causing congestion and a potential safety and health hazard in my opinion.
Thanking you in advance for your prompt attention to this issue.
