The urban campers are usually disassemble the camp in the day and set back up each evening. HOPE team needs to go in the evening please.

second urban camper has set up a double wide make shift tent behind the victoria park concrete sign and so brazen as to set up knick knacks on top the sign. HOPE Team you are needed and requested by the residents of the area.

Okay, had to call CPD for the passed out urban camper that the HOPE team cannot find. CPD, fire and ambulance seem to find both sets of urban campers today around 2pm. Ambulance took away the drugged out camper, CPD said they would check back tonight to ask the second camper to leave. Please keep this open until HOPE team has removed the campers. Also, ghandii has tagged the doors and building corners with his name again.

They are gone now. They all left the day CPD and FIRE came out.
