...for the north bound motorist making a left turn from Rte 116 onto Tackora. During daylight hours it is impossible to determine if there is an oncoming vehicle due to the poor sightlines so the motorist has to guess if it is safe to proceed. If not-and if the motorist is already attempting the turn-he/she may have to 'stop short' to avoid a collision. If cars are behind this vehicle, they could very easily rear-end it in this scenario. It is much easier @ night when the reflection of oncoming headlights are visible. Please consider placing a convex mirror or other device that will alert NB motorists to oncoming SB traffic.
