At 8000 Fair Oaks Blvd, Carmichael, CA 95608, Cottage Park Condominiums at the Gazebo at entrance, I have observed a small homeless camp at least 3 times, and it's been reported once before! this will be the 2nd time of reporting this same scenario. I have picked up and thrown away a sleeping bag, blankets twice now including trash, empty little plastic coin bags with white substance, broken smoking crack glass, and cigarette butts! This guy uses his smarts to cover sprinkler heads with plastic bags to keep sprinklers from getting him wet. There is an electrical plug in the gazebo so this homeless person uses this gazebo as a charging station while he sleeps and listens to his music! I observed that also but didn't report it until the scenario was observed again. The above articles inside the Gazebo were seen last night, September 12th at about midnight and were still there until now! I have removed all items & placed them in the trash. Please provide assistance with monitoring our Gazebo every now & then. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide on monitoring our Gazebo and THANK YOU for what you do in our Community!
