Too much loud noise! Loud music at all hours of the day. They feel the whole neighborhood wants to hear what theyre listening to. Please enforce the city noise ordinance. They also do nothing but yell & scream at their kids for being kids all day when theyre outside. A little bit of loud music if fine but when I can hear it from inside my house, with the windows closed like im sitting next to a radio is too much.
