Good Morning, Thank you for using the 311 system to let us know your concern. Concrete alleys can be replaced; however it is City policy the cost must be supported by the adjoining property owners. At least 60% of the adjoining property owners must vote yes to proceed with repaving the alley with concrete. If you wish to proceed with a petition to pave the alley with concrete, please respond and a petition form will be sent to you.

In the event you simply wish the concrete alley to be repaired, I am re-assigning your request to the Streets Department to add to their list of alley repairs.
