Description

On Wednesday September 9th, work was performed on the lights in the parking lot at 1706 El Caminon Real. The new lights are exceptionally bright, with no attempt to mitigate back lighting, resulting in an excessive amount of light spilling over the fence and onto the windows (including bedroom windows) of multiple apartments in the residential property at 124 Buckthorn Way. These lights appear to remain on, at full brightness, from sunset to sunrise.
