Thank you for reporting the graffiti and illegal dumping. The desk that was dumped along Garden Grove Blvd was within the City of Garden Grove’s right-of-way. We have reported the desk to the Public Works department for Garden Grove. We will review the graffiti and remove it or report it to the private property owner as appropriate.
