We manage a condo at 20 Chestnut St, and we have been getting many complaints about the neighbor's overgrowth at 24 & 26 Chestnut St. There was an attempted break in a few weeks ago, and the person was covered by the overgrowth making it hard to see, so this is now posing a safety concern for the Trustees and residents at 20 Chestnut.
