This home has had a large trash bag outside their home, placed directly across from the exit/entrance to The Senior Center for over a month. There are items that are potentially toxic, such as exposed glass fiber insulation. In addition times have started blowing out of the Bagster. It is unsightly and should be removed or atleast moved to where the seniors going to/from the center don't have to be exposed to it.
