Description
Traveling west on Mill Plain Rd and attempting to turn left on to Saw Mill Rd one can often wait 3-4 cycles of traffic light changes before getting a green arrow permitting the left turn. The wait can be so long that cars often just wait for the intersection to clear and go through the light when it is red. The light is probably fine at rush hour, but in the evening there is very little traffic on this portion of Mill Plain Rd and the wait for a green arrow is simply ridiculously long. There are often no cars near the intersection but for cars waiting to make the left turn - what is the point of holding them up? The light needs to be adjusted during off hours.
