Description

The dogs in the back yard are not properly cleaned up after. I can smell the dog poop from two houses away. The trash and unused vehicles in the front yard are an eyesore and the house always looks like a trash dump. The dog poop is the biggest problem though. I should be able to go into my back yard without being overwhelmed by dog poop from two houses away. I've reported this house multiple times. When reported, the owner cleans it up for a day and then it goes right back to being a dump again.
